CAF unveils official match ball for Confederation Cup final

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the official match ball for the upcoming Confederation Cup final between Morocco’s Renaissance Berkane and South Africa’s Orlando Pirates.

The final is set to played in Uyo, Nigeria on Friday, May 20. 2022.

Youssef Elfahli scored twice for Berkane as they beat DR Congo’s TP Mazembe 4-1 at home to advance 4-2 on aggregate while Pirates progressed to the final with a 2-1 aggregate over Al Ahly

Berkane, won the Confederation Cup in 2020, while Pirates lost in the 2015 final but have never before won the trophy.

“The match will be played in Uyo, in Akwa State in Nigeria and will kick-off at 20h00 local time (19h00 GMT) on Friday, 20th May.

“This is just another exciting element that is part of the build-up to the match in Nigeria.
