Ghana head coach, Otto Addo will be chasing his first win as the head coach for the Black Stars when the team takes on Madagascar in the qualifiers of the 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The German-trained tactician was appointed on the interim in March to lead the Black Stars into the playoffs of the African qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The gaffer with the help of his deputies George Boateng and Didi Dramani as well as Technical Advisor Chris Hughton managed to get the job done for Ghana to book a ticket to the world cup.
Despite the qualification, there were no wins for the Black Stars led by Otto Addo.
This month, the tactician has been retained as the head coach of Ghana until December 2022.
Now with the opportunity to play the qualifiers for the 2023 AFCON, Coach Otto Addo has set sight on recording the first win when the national team takes on Madagascar this week.
That game is scheduled to be played on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
