FC Copenhagen defender slams Manchester United star as dressing room mood explained

United showed plenty of promise on Wednesday night in Copenhagen but after Marcus Rashford&aposs controversial sending-off just before halftime, Erik ten Hag&aposs side crumbled. Roony Bardghji scored the all-important winner for FC Copenhagen as they won 4-3 to leave the Reds&apos Champions League hopes dangling by a thread.

However, United have to regroup and end their round of matches before the international break on a high. Ten Hag will be keen not to underestimate the Hatters this weekend after they held Liverpool to a draw last time out but the Reds know that dropping points is not an option they can feasibly entertain.

FC Copenhagen defender Denis Vavro described United winger Alejandro Garnacho as a &aposclown&apos after claiming he attempted to scuff the penalty spot in Wednesday night&aposs Champions League encounter at Parken Stadium.

The home side were awarded a spot-kick in first-half injury-time after Harry Maguire was deemed to have handled the ball inside the penalty area. The referee awarded the penalty following a VAR intervention.

Bruno Fernandes admits the mood in the United dressing room &aposis not the best&apos after their &aposdisappointing&apos defeat to Copenhagen on Wednesday night. United sit at the bottom of Group A with just three points from four matches after they twice let a lead slip to lose 4-3 in Denmark.
