Portugal have already qualified for the tournament and Dalot was given permission by Martinez to withdraw from the squad.
Dalot started in United&aposs 1-0 win against Luton Town at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon and he played at right-back in the absence of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who missed out due to illness.
Wan-Bissaka was regarded as the first-choice right-back at the end of last season, despite Dalot having that status at the beginning of that campaign and before the winter World Cup in Qatar.
Dalot has made league 10 starts this term and he recently signed a new United contract until the summer of 2028.
