Pellistri did not leave Manchester United on loan this summer and he could be set to receive more opportunities on the right wing due to uncertainty surrounding the futures of Jadon Sancho and Antony at Old Trafford.
The 21-year-old was given just a single start last season which suggested Erik ten Hag didn&apost trust him, but he regularly played for Uruguay and his performances at the 2022 Qatar World Cup made supporters want to see more.
Bielsa, formerly manager of bitter rivals Leeds, is now in charge of Uruguay and Pellistri has admitted he&aposs learning from the coach.
Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez also recently put his improvement in form down to the work Bielsa had done with him.
“Whenever it&aposs time to come, you come with desire and enthusiasm,” he told ESPN. “It is a young group, most of us already know each other, and we are all going to push in the same direction in an attempt to qualify for the World Cup.
He [Bielsa] is a coach who really likes to talk individually, he makes it very clear to us what he wants. He shows us the mistakes we have and helps us see things because many times one does not stop to think about those details.
“He wants me to hit behind the defenders&apos backs and shows me well where I should hit. He also tells me about the importance of knowing how to attack spaces without the ball and having the dynamics to look for the backs of rival defenders.
