The CAF (Confederation of African Football) has today revealed the list for the men’s African Player of the Year. On that list is three Bundesliga players: Serhou Guirassy (Stuttgart), Ramy Bensebaini (Borussia Dortmund) and Edmond Tapsoba (Bayer Leverkusen).
Guirassy (27) has been in sensational form for Stuttgart this season, scoring 15 and creating two in nine games across all competitions. The Bundesliga side made the Guinean forward’s move from Rennes permanent after impressing on loan last season and in 37 games across all competitions for VfB, Guirassy has scored 29 and created four.
