Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo has commented on the announcement of his country’s list of team preparing to participate in the 2022 World Cup, scheduled to be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.

Portugal coach Fernando Santos announced his country’s list 10 days before the start of the competition, which saw Cristiano Ronaldo at the top of the tournament’s guests.

“Once again we are ready to raise Portugal’s name high, there are 26 names on Mr Fernando Santos’ list, but we are all invited to represent Portugal,” Cristiano wrote on his official Instagram account.

It is worth mentioning that Ronaldo’s participation in the World Cup will be his fifth in the largest championship in the world of football, after he participated in the 2006 2010 2014 and 2018 editions, making 2022 the fifth, and may be his last in his international career.
